DIRECTIONS  

From Brisbane….

If using a GPS, just set it to Cougal, as Main Creek Rd is probably not an available option.

The travel time from Brisbane is approximately 2 hours.

• Take the Mt. Lindsay Highway to Beaudesert, turn right at the lights heading towards Rathdowney.
• After Laravale (before Rathdowney) you will go through Innisplain. Take a left turn into Innisplain Road (approx. 24.5 km from Beaudesert).
• Follow this road for 6km where it intersects with the Lions Road from Rathdowney. Keep going straight ahead into Lions Road.
• After another 20.5 km you will come to the border.
• Now the countryside changes to rainforest as it winds its way down to Cougal where (6 km from the border) you will see ahead of you a very high railway bridge.
• Before this bridge there is a left turn to Grady’s Creek Road. Take this road and you will then go over a concrete causeway crossing over the creek. As soon as you have gone over the causeway turn left into Main Creek Road.
• Follow the dirt road for 4.12km and you will reach Sine Cera (we are located on Lot 6 at 412 Main Creek Road). You will see the buildings on your right.
• Caution: Watch out for cattle and wallabies on this road

Via Kyogle...

If using a GPS, just set it to Cougal, as Main Creek Rd is probably not an available option.

Travel time from Kyogle approx. 45 minutes

• From Kyogle, follow the “Woodenbong/Brisbane” sign north along Summerland Way.  From the BP service station in Kyogle, follow this road for 18.7 km. You will then see a sign saying “Brisbane via Lions Road”. Turn right into Lions Road (Gradys Creek Road).
• Travel for 17.5 km along Lions Road. Go under a tall railway viaduct and you will then see a sharp right turn into Gradys Creek Road.  Note: There is another Gradys Creek Rd sign a few km before this one, don’t take that turn off.
• Take the sharp right (almost a U turn) into Gradys Creek Rd and cross the concrete causeway over the creek.
• Once over the creek, immediately turn left into Main Creek Rd, a No Through Road 
• Note: Google Maps sometimes names Main Creek Road as Gradys Creek Road.
• Follow the dirt road for 4.12km and you will reach Sine Cera (we are located on Lot 6 at 412 Main Creek Road). You will see the retreat buildings on your right.
• Caution: Watch out for cattle and wallabies on this road.
